A2C adds three to Hall of Fame

The Montreal-based Association of Creative Communications Agencies will induct three new members into its Hall of Fame for 2017. They are: Yves Gougoux, chairman of Publicis Canada; Pierre Delagrave, president of Cossette Health; and Normand Grenier, founder of Grenier aux nouvelles. The organization's Hall of Fame recognizes industry professionals who have contributed to the "excellence and vitality" of Quebec's marketing and communications sector.

"Each inductee has and continues to make their own mark on the history of our industry," said François Lacoursière, chair of the association's board of directors. "They are visionaries, individuals who are often pioneers and always passionate about marketing and communications. For many of us, they have deeply touched our careers and daily lives. The breadth of their achievements is remarkable and they have had an impact on the industry itself as well as the communities they've chosen to serve. We need to learn from them and build on their successes, to continue innovating as an industry and, more importantly, to push ourselves to do more for others, as citizens."

The Association of Creative Communications Agencies represents approximately 70 firms in Quebec.
