Roy joins Publicis

Publicis Canada has appointed Mathieu Roy to the newly-created position of executive president of Publicis in Quebec. He will oversee Publicis Montreal and Nurun Canada, beginning on Dec. 7. Roy was most recently senior vice-president of business strategy at Cossette. Prior to that, he was president of LG2.
