GE Appliances conducts National Laundry Day promotion

GE Appliances conducted a Canadian promotion on April 15 called "National Laundry Day" as part of a marketing campaign supporting its new GE Designer line of washers and dryers. The 24-hour initiative made use of content marketing executions on blogs and social media sites. A broadcast element also included a contest which awarded appliances to viewers in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. These elements were supported with national media relations. Agencies participating in the promotion included Craft Public Relations, Brandfire Marketing Group and Sims Advertising.
