A&C promotes three, adds three

A&C of Toronto has promoted Deborah Belcourt to the position of vice-president. She joined the agency two years ago as managing director. Prior to that, she was vice-president of communications at Canwest Broadcasting. She has also worked at McNabb Roick & Consultants, Kontent Publishing, Communique and Mariposa Group.

Daniel St. Germaine has been promoted to senior account manager. Prior to joining the agency five years ago, he was a communications coordinator at OneSmartWorld. He has also worked at Format Magazine.

Sierra Percy-Beauregard has been promoted to account manager. She was most recently an account coordinator. She joined the agency in 2014.

Lisa Huie has joined the agency as an account director. She was previously manager of sales programs and internal communications at Indigo Books & Music. She was also manager of public relations at that company. Huie has held marketing positions at Skechers Canada, Norimco and The Body Shop.

Signe Barlow has been hired as an account manager. She was previously marketing,memberships and event manager at Arts Consultants Canada. Prior to that, she was an associate at Janis A. Barlow & Associates.

Adam Dermer, Nicole Gabourie and Jake Hillman have joined the firm as account coordinators. Dermer was previously operation director at the Young Professionals Development Network. Gabourie has previously worked at Influence Marketing, The Mint Agency and Mannfolk PR.
