Jamal joins Weber Shandwick

Weber Shandwick Canada has appointed Shafiq Jamal to the position of senior vice-president and managing director of its Vancouver office. He will work to raise awareness of and increase business at the agency in western Canada. Jamal was most recently a senior vice-president at Edelman in Vancouver. He has also held senior positions at the Retail Council of Canada, Hoggan & Associates, Best Buy Canada, Wilcox Group and the Canadian Red Cross Society.
