McAfee hires Weber Shandwick

Computer security software company McAfee has retained Weber Shandwick as its global consumer communications agency of record. The assignment includes communications in Europe, the United States, Canada, the Asia-Pacific region and the Latin American region. The agency will develop a ccommunications program for McAfee will highlight the brand’s focus on “people, not just devices.” The account will be serviced from the Toronto office of the agency, with support from other offices internationally.
