Postmedia signs marketing agreement with Agility Forex

Postmedia Network of Toronto has entered into a marketing agreement with Agility Forex, a financial technology company based in Vancouver. The company specializes in international payments and currency transfers. Under this agreement, Postmedia will collaborate with AgilityForex to market its services in exchange for a share of its overall revenue. Postmedia will also be able to acquire shares in AgilityForex based on the promotional value it provides.
"By exploring innovative new revenue models with complementary companies we are creating powerful new business accelerators," said Andrew Macleod, executive vice-president and chief commercial officer at Postmedia. "Postmedia's scale and scope, reaching nearly 12.8 million average monthly unique visitors through our digital properties and 8.3 million Canadians weekly in print across more than 200 brands, supercharges AgilityForex's marketing efforts while both of our companies align to benefit from the success of these initiatives."
