Postmedia promotes Kelley

Postmedia Network Canada of Toronto has promoted Wendy Kelley to the position of chief legal officer and corporate secretary. She joined the company last year as interim general counsel and corporate secretary. Prior to that, Kelley was interim CEO of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council. She was also general counsel and corporate secretary at Kruger Products and Biovail.
