Montreal-based TC Media has signed an agreement with Livestream of New York to handle advertising sales representation for its online video service in Canada. Livestream, which specializes in live coverage of events, attracts approximately 540,000 unique viewers per month in Canada. TC Media will sell pre-roll, display advertising and custom live streaming programs. "We are delighted to make our platform available to Canadian advertisers, a key fast-growing market," said Sam Kimball, executive vice-president of advertising and brand sales at Livestream. "The strong relationships between the TC Media teams and Canadian marketing specialists and the depth of their expertise in creating innovative custom concepts speak to the potential of this agreement."

Le Groupe Signature has signed Neo-Traffic of Montreal to handle advertising sales representation for its new magazine Signature. Neo-Traffic will promote the publication directly to advertisers and to advertising agencies in Canada. Signature, which focuses on fashion, is distributed free in four Montreal shopping centres. It is produces three times per year and has a distribution of 100,000 copies per issue.
