Rouge Media adds two

Toronto-based out-of-home media company Rouge Media has appointed Jessica Palombella to the position of vice-president of finance. She was most recently chief financial officer at the South Western Insurance Group. Palombella has also held financial positions at Intact Financial, Barrick Gold, Sears Canada, Fuller Landau, Wade Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Susan So has joined the company as vice-president of technology, operations and logistics. She was previously director of production and content engagement at Star Media Group. Prior to that, she was director of production and procurement at TC Media. She has also worked at LoyaltyOne and BMO Financial Group.
