New board members at Canadian Marketing Association

The Canadian Marketing Association of Toronto has appointed Peg Hunter to the position of chair of its board of directors for the 2012-2013 year. Hunter is vice-president of marketing and communications at The Home Depot of Canada. The association also appointed Walter Levitt to the position of vice-chair. He is executive vice-president of marketing at Comedy Central. The organization has also selected two new board members: John Boynton, chief marketing officer at Rogers Communications; and Chris Stamper, senior vice-president of corporate marketing at TD Bank Group. In addition, the association has presented an honorary life membership to Nancy Cardinal, vice-president of marketing and customer insights at the LCBO. Cardinal sat on the CMA board of directors from 2005 to 2011 and was chair of the board in 2009-2010.
