Sharp begins Ultimate Dad contest

Sharp Electronics of Canada has begun a Father's Day contest called "Ultimate Dad." During the contest, visitors to the company's Facebook page can enter to win an 80-inch Sharp Aquos LED television set by submitting a video or photograph explaining why their father is the Ultimate Dad. Public voting will determine the winner. The contest also includes weekly random draws. The promotion, which was developed by Hill & Knowlton Strategies, will run until June 15. "We know how much dads love their big screen TVs and the bigger the better," said Chris Matto, director of brand and corporate communications at Sharp Electronics of Canada. "So we are excited to give them the chance to win the biggest and best with our Ultimate Dad contest."
