Sharp Electronics readies Drivers for Dads promotion

Sharp Electronics of Canada is preparing a promotion called "Drivers for Dads" related to Father's Day. The initiative will be conducted in association with Callaway Golf. From May 30 to June 26, customers who purchase eligible Sharp Aquos television sets will also receive a customized Callaway Hyper X driver. "Father's Day is responsible, at least in part, for the high number of TVs sold in the month of June, and with the phenomenal success that this promotion enjoyed in 2007 we had to bring it back," said Chris Matto, senior brand manager of consumer electronics at Sharp Canada. The promotion was developed by Promotivate LP of Toronto.
