Kingston sells naming rights to new Multiplex and Leisure Campus

Toronto-based Wakeham & Associates Marketing has brokered five naming rights agreements on behalf of the City of Kingston, ON pertaining to the city’s new Multiplex and Leisure Campus. Fibre and polymer company Invista Canada has acquired the naming rights for the overall facility. The Ambassador Hotel has the rights to the 750-seat skating rink. Swish Maintenance has the rights to one 300-seat rink, while Rona holds the rights to another 300-seat rink and the facility's lounge. The Kingston Whig-Standard has acquired the naming rights for the remaining 300-seat rink. "The agreements have been concluded with companies that have significant local presence in Kingston and which are major employers in the city," said company president Hugh Wakeham.
