Hill & Knowlton Strategies of Calgary has appointed Stephen Carter to the position of vice-president and national director of campaign strategy. Carter was most recently chief of staff to Alberta Premier Alison Redford. He also led Redford's campaign for the leadership of Alberta's Progressive Conservative Association and her campaign for premier. Carter was also the political strategist in Naheed Nenshi's 2010 campaign for mayor of Calgary.
