Moosehead hires Elevator Communications

Beer maker Moosehead and its importing subsidiary The Premium Beer Company have retained Elevator Communications of Toronto to handle its public relations. The agency won the account after a three-month search process involving an unknown number of firms. This is the first time Moosehead has hired a PR agency of record. The assignment also encompasses a number of brands marketing by The Premium Beer Company, including Sam Adams and Magners Cider. "We made the decision to go with Elevator Communications because their PR approach to our business challenges was insightful and on-strategy, and it was apparent that there were great synergies already forming," said Matt Johnston, marketing vice-president at Moosehead and general manager of Premium Beer. "Elevator's passion for big ideas gives us the confidence that they are the right partner to help attract new customers across Canada and the United States."
