Toronto-based dairy cooperative Agropur has begun an advertising campaign intended to raise awareness of the organization in Toronto and Vancouver. The initiative, which will run until the end of the month, includes print and out-of-home advertising, as well as a sampling program. Executions include billboards, posters in areas with heavy pedestrian traffic and elevator advertising in downtown buildings. A second phase of advertising will run in September. "Agropur has been providing a wide range of healthy and innovative products to consumers across the country for almost 75 years," said Natacha Gouveia, senior advisor of public relations and communications at Agropur. "Our goal with this campaign is to let consumers know that behind their favourite milk, yogurt and cheese brand is a group of proud dairy producers who are passionate about what they have to offer." Agropur comprises 3,349 dairy producer members and markets brands including Natrel, Québon, OKA, Sealtest and Island Farms.
