TSN, Kraft to resume Kraft Celebration Tour

Specialty channel TSN and Kraft Canada have resumed their joint "Kraft Celebration Tour" for a second year. Viewers are invited to nominate their communities online at <http://www.tsn.ca/kraftcelebrationtour> to host a touring version of the TSN program Sportscentre, which will broadcast live from 10 locations between Aug. 20 and 29. RDS program Sport 30 will broadcast from any winning Francophone communities. A panel of judges will select 20 finalists to be announced on July 1. Public online voting will then determine the winners. Nominated communities will also be entered into a draw for $25,000 to be used for improvements to community facilities. The tour will be promoted with a marketing campaign during TSN and RDS broadcasts, as well as on other CTVglobemedia properties. In-store displays will be installed in grocery stores nationally. Online promotion will include exposure on Facebook and Twitter, as well as blogs at TSN.ca. "The Kraft Celebration Tour is an opportunity to give back to local communities across Canada that embrace healthy and active lifestyles," said Jack Hewitt, vice-president of marketing services at Kraft Canada. "We look forward to building on the success of last year's program that saw hundreds of Canadian communities share their stories and local pride."
