Rapp Canada becomes Track DDB

Rapp Canada of Toronto has rebranded itself as Track DDB. The agency is the direct response and customer relationship marketing division of DDB Canada. According to the firm, the change is part of an overall brand update for DDB Worldwide. The company will make Rapp Worldwide a stand-alone agency network, while existing Rapp affiliate offices will become a new Track-branded network. The rebranding includes a new logo and a website at <http://www.trackddb.com>, as well as supporting marketing materials.

"The new name, Track, was developed by Interbrand and it signifies the transformation of the CRM discipline, moving it beyond customer retention and loyalty programs to include new and emerging trackable digital touch points," said Frank Palmer, chairman and CEO of DDB Group Canada. "Track focuses on data-driven systems for individualized marketing and now includes solutions for e-commerce and marketing automation, all with a sharp creative, customer-centric focus."

Track Canada's clients include Kraft Canada, the SickKids Foundation and Volkswagen Canada.
