Plan Canada sends more work to Rapp Canada

Not-for-profit organization Plan Canada has hired Rapp Canada of Toronto as its direct response agency of record. Rapp won the assignment in a competitive pitch process involving an unknown number of contenders. The agency will work to increase Plan Canada's donor base through direct response television advertising. Rapp already handles Plan Canada's planning and creative services. New creative will be released in the spring of 2011. "We were impressed with Rapp Canada's innovative creative approach and the results behind their campaigns," says Paula Roberts, executive vice-president of marketing and development at Plan Canada. "None of their competitors had the same depth of experience or the same level of dedication to Plan. This is a team that's passionate about our cause, and will continue to deliver against our accountability to donors, which is extremely important to us."
