Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment sends more work to Endeavour

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment has retained Toronto-based Endeavour as its media buying agency of record. The agency won the account in a review involving an unknown number of firms. Endeavour will be responsible for media planning and buying media for all of Maple Leaf's properties, which include the Toronto Maple Leafs, Raptors, Marlies and FC sports teams, as well as Leafs TV, Raptors NBA TV, GOL TV Canada and the Air Canada Centre. "We're excited to expand Endeavour's role with our organization to include the sports marketing area of our business," said Shannon Hosford, senior director of marketing at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment. "Endeavour is knowledgeable about our brands and demonstrates passion and a clear understanding of MLSE's vision." Maple Leaf hired Endeavour to handle media buying for its programming and events in 2005.
