MLSE debuts Fan Access program

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment has officially launched a new consumer engagement initiative called Fan Access. The program, located at FanAccess.ca, makes use of a mobile application to provide greater brand engagement for fans of the Toronto Raptors basketball team and the Toronto Maple Leafs hockey team. The program consists of one free tier and two paid tiers that offer ticket giveaways, early access to merchandise and behind-the-scenes content. Future upgrades to the program will add the Toronto FC soccer team and the Toronto Argonauts football team.

“Our fans are a key part of the fabric of our teams, and our goal is to mirror that connection by connecting them with our teams and athletes in one-of-a-kind ways,” said Shannon Hosford, chief marketing officer at MLSE. “Fan Access let us break down the barriers that traditionally separate fans and teams through extraordinary opportunities from fan Zamboni rides to pre-game visits to the penalty box and more surprise and delights to plus-up your game day experience all season long.”
