New president at Jan Kelley

Jan Kelley, a marketing agency based in Burlington, ON, has promoted Shannon Ballard to the position of president. She joined the company in 2013 as vice-president of customer innovation. Ballard became chief strategy officer in 2022. Before joining Jan Kelley, Ballard was director of marketing at the Canadian Football League and events manager at Blue Mountain Resort. Chantel Broten will remain at Jan Kelley as chief executive officer.
