
Curling Canada breaks campaign

Curling Canada has begun a campaign called “We’ve Never Been Quiet.” The national campaign, developed by Cossette, promotes women’s curling. It consists of television, online video, digital, radio and social media advertising. The creative contrasts footage of the sport with “outdated perceptions about how women should behave.”
“Our athletes are strong, passionate, and unapologetically loud,” said Nolan Thiessen, CEO of Curling Canada. “They should never have to dial it back. This campaign is our rally cry. It challenges the norms and celebrates the powerful voices of women changing the game.”
