MLSE launches Fan Access program

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment of Toronto has launched a pilot program called “Fan Access,” integrated into the Toronto Maple Leafs mobile app. It will provide consumers with access to ticket giveaways, special experiences, discounts and exclusive content. A limited group of 15,000 users has been given access to the program for the 2025 NHL playoff season, with a full launch planned for the fall. At that time, the program will also be available through the app of the Toronto Raptors. The company plans to expand access to include the Toronto FC and Toronto Argonauts in the future.

“MLSE’s teams are blessed with some of the best fans in the world, and our goal is always to explore every opportunity to bring them closer to the action and create a closer connection to their favourite teams,” said Keith Pelley, president and CEO of the company. “The Stanley Cup Playoffs is one of the most exciting times of the year, and we are thrilled to use this moment to launch a pilot of our new Fan Access program to make available a wide array of unique experiences, including free playoff tickets, to reward fans for their passion. We look forward to a full launch of the Fan Access program in the fall, which will allow fans of all of our teams and entertainment properties to enjoy the many benefits and experiences it has to offer.”
