Canwest hires Kubota

Canwest Broadcasting has appointed Brad Kubota to the position of vice-president of global BC sales. He will begin work on Sept. 1. Kubota was most recently vice-president of sales for conventional television at CTV. Prior to that, he was vice-president of local sales at Canwest. He has also been vice-president and general manager of revenue management national sales and revenue manager of Canwest's western operations.
