Mercedes-Benz hires Fuse Marketing Group

Mercedes-Benz Canada has retained Fuse Marketing Group of Toronto to handle its customer relationship marketing. The assignment includes customer retention, loyalty and acquisition communications intended to attract potential customers to dealerships and to keep existing customers engaged with the brand. "Our CRM initiative is a crucial part of our marketing efforts and we are confident in Fuse's ability to communicate the brand offering effectively to our customers," said Marc Boderke, director of marketing at Mercedes-Benz Canada. "Fuse has the sophisticated customer management skills necessary to help Mercedes-Benz generate traffic through our programs, as well as the creative muscle we were looking for."
