Peter Elwood has been elected chairman of the Canadian Advertising Foundation. Currently Elwood is president of Lever Canada but he is moving the same position at Thomas J. Lipton on July 1. Ongoing Partnership Inc. president Susan Lenard has been appointed vice-chair. Urban Outdoor Trans Ad president Ron Hutchinson and C.O.G.E.P. chairman Jacques Lefebvre both continue as vice-chairs. Consumer's Gas corporate communications director Brian Philcox is the past chair. Institute of Canadian Advertising executive vice-chairman John Sinclair is the treasurer. CAF president Linda Nagel is also a member of the board executive. Another CAF full-time employee, Suzanne Keeler, is board secretary.
