Quetel joins Media Group

Montreal-based Media Group has appointed Luc Quétel to the position of executive vice-president of its Neo division, which specializes in shopping mall marketing activities. He has also become a partner in the company. Quétel was most recently chief operating officer at bicycle-sharing company PBSC. Prior to that he spent 11 years at Astral Media, where he held a series of positions culminating in president.
