COMB adds to board

The Toronto-based Canadian Out-of-Home Measurement Bureau has appointed a number of new directors to its board. They include Fiona McLaughlin, vice-president and group director of communications planning at Carat, and Lisa Kahn, vice-president and group director at Vizeum/Dentsu Aegis. Luc Quétel, president of Astral Out-of-Home has taken a seat on the board. In addition, Barry Wilde, chief financial officer at Pattison Outdoor Advertising, has been appointed treasurer of the organization.
