
McDonald's conducts Moving Day campaign in Quebec

Fast food chain McDonald’s Canada recently conducted a campaign in Quebec called “Moving Day.” The initiative was timed to coincide with July 1, the day on which many residents of the province traditionally move. The campaign encouraged consumers who were moving on that day to make use of the chain’s McDelivery service to avoid the need to cook while moving. The campaign was developed by Cossette. It consisted of print, out-of-home and social media advertising. The creative made use of images of moving trucks packed with belongings formed to shape various McDonald’s menu items. Media work was conducted by OMD.
