Subway breaks Pizza Sub campaign

Sandwich chain Subway Canada has begun an advertising campaign for a new limited-time menu item called the Pizza Sub. The product consists of marinara sauce and cheese baked on ciabatta bread with various pizza toppings. The campaign consists of television and digital advertising developed by DentsuBos. This will be accompanied by public relations and social media activities from Veritas Communications. Media buying is being conducted by Carat.
“The new Pizza Sub is a bold new innovation from Subway that is not only delicious, it pushes the boundaries of what we’re able to offer our guests,” said John Botelho, culinary manager for Subway Canada. “Our Pizza Subs deliver on authentic pizza flavour with a layer of zesty sauce and cheese unlike anything we’ve offered our guests before.”
