Absolut readies inclusivity event

Vodka brand Absolut is preparing a promotional event called "Create A Better Tomorrow, Tonight." The event will take the form of a panel discussion on the subject of "progressive nightlife as a catalyst for global change," according to the company. Panelists including rapper Mykki Blanco, disc jockey Bambii and event promoter Cindy Li. They will discuss the topics of inclusivity, self-expression and the role of nightlife in shifting cultural norms. The free event will take place in Toronto on May 3. Absolut is distributed in Canada by Corby Spirit and Wine.
"Absolut believes in a more open world where everybody can be exactly who they are," said Madeline Burch, senior brand manager for Absolut. "That's why we've partnered with nightlife communities across the country who share an ethos of inclusivity and self-expression."
