New president at Harbinger

Toronto-based Harbinger has promoted Sofia Costa to the position of president. She has been a senior vice-president and managing director of the agency since 2024. Costa joined Harbinger in 2016 as vice-president of client service. Prior to that, she was a senior account director at Ariad Custom Communications and an account director at Boom Marketing.
