Bell Media promotes Farina
Bell Media has promoted Rob Farina to the position of head of radio content, strategy and IHeartRadio. When he begins work on May 29, he will oversee content for Bell Media Radio. He also continues to be responsible for radio content syndication firm Orbyt Media. Farina was most recently head of IHeartRadio, syndication and strategic initiatives. Prior to that, he was executive vice-president of content and platforms at Astral. He has also been vice-president of programming at CHUM Radio and program director at 104.5 CHUM FM in Toronto. He was also vice-president of programming and innovation for the radio division at Rogers Media. Farina is also the founder of Los Angeles-based music company Black Box.
