Lay's resumes Do Us a Flavour contest

Potato chip brand Lay's has resumed its "Do Us a Flavour" contest promotion for a fourth year. The contest encourages consumers to vote on ideas for new flavours of potato chips. The initiative this year will invite consumers to vote on 12 internationally-themed recipes in three categories. One flavour from each category will be put into production and placed on sale later this year. Consumers can vote online at <http://www.lays.ca/flavour> until March 20. Voters will be eligible for daily prizes during the contest period. Lay's is a division of PepsiCo Canada.

"Lay's is a well-loved global brand and we're passionate about celebrating cultural diversity and finding innovative ways to incorporate this into our product offerings," said Susan Irving, senior director of marketing at PepsiCo Canada. "We know that Canadians have incredibly varied tastes and we're excited to bring them a global flavour experience in an easy and fun way."
