Intact Insurance breaks new campaign
Intact Insurance of Toronto has begun a new national advertising campaign. Developed by Cossette Communications, the 10-week campaign consists of two 30-second television commercials in English and French on major networks. A third execution will be released in May. The television component will be supported with online advertising. The creative depicts real Intact Insurance employees responding to dramatized called from customers in need of assistance. Media buying is being conducted by Havas Media.
"Customer response to last year's 30 Minute Claims Guarantee campaign was extremely positive, as reflected in our brand measurement scores including a 25 per cent increase in unaided brand awareness," said Anna Rajpat, vice-president of brand development and customer experience at Intact Insurance. "We believe the message is still highly relevant to both our business and to consumers."
