Granger joins Out-of-Home Marketing Association

The Out-of-Home Marketing Association has hired Luc Granger as Quebec marketing and communications director for the association and for the Canadian Out-of-Home Measurement Bureau. Granger was most recently director of marketing and research at TVA. He has also worked at Hebdos Quebec, Cossette Communications, Nielsen Media Research and PNMD Communications.
