New president at COMB

The Toronto-based Canadian Out-of-Home Measurement Bureau has appointed Rosanne Caron to the position of president. She will begin work on Jan. 1, 2015. Caron has been president of the Out-of-Home Marketing Association of Canada since 2005. Prior to that, she was vice-president of integrated business solutions at CanWest Media Works. She was also vice-president of marketing at Charity.ca, vice-president of marketing and research for CANOE at Quebecor and executive director of NADbank.
