Byun joins Maverick

Toronto-based Maverick has appointed Rick Byun to the position of vice-president of strategy and business development. He was most recently a vice-president at High Road Communications. Prior to that, he was director of corporate and public affairs and director of growth and partnerships at Veritas Communications. Byun has also been an account director at Narrative Advocacy Media, a senior political advisor to the Government of Ontario and communications officer at the Ontario Trillium Foundation.
