New managing director at Grey Canada

Jocelyn Renaud will join Grey Canada of Toronto as vice-president and managing director on Feb. 1. She was most recently senior vice-president of client satisfaction at Cossette Communications. Prior to that, she spent eight years at Ogilvy and Mather in New York. She has also worked for BBDO and Palmer Jarvis DDB and operated her own firm called Advantage Events.
