Cohn & Wolfe hires one, promotes three

Cohn & Wolfe of Toronto has hired Patrick Keenan as senior vice-president of its integrated health communication division. He was previously managing director of a Singapore-based public relations. Gal Wilder has been promoted from senior counsellor to account group director in the same division. He joined the agency in 2002. Katie Gates has been promoted to the position of account executive. She was previously an account coordinator. Mark James has also been promoted from account coordinator to to account executive.
