Cossette adds two strategy vice-presidents

Cossette of Toronto has appointed Laura Kim and Paul Lawton to the position of vice-president of strategy. Kim will oversee strategy for the agency's McDonald's account, while Lawton will oversee its Canopy Growth account. Kim was most recently a strategy director at Zulu Alpha Kilo. Prior to that, she was a director and strategist at Leo Burnett of Chicago. She has also worked at SapientNitro and co-founded a consulting firm called Position & Direction. Lawton was previously vice-president of strategic planning at Weber Shadwick. Prior to that, he was a senior strategist at Cohn & Wolfe and a strategy consultant at PKL.
