Pickard joins National

National Public Relations has appointed Bob Pickard to the position of managing partner of its Toronto office. He will also oversee the Toronto operations of Cohn & Wolfe. Pickard was most recently the principal of Toronto-based Signal Leadership Communication. Prior to that, he was Asia Pacific CEO of Burson-Marsteller, north Asia president of Edelman, and a founding partner and executive vice-president at Environics Communications. Outgoing managing partner Rick Murray has joined Shift Communications of Boston as managing partner.
