Grey Canada adds four

Grey Canada of Toronto has recently added four new staff members. Karen Lee has joined the agency as vice-president of CRM and content. She will lead the firm's content marketing group. Lee was previously head of client services at Totem Group. She has also worked for BBDO and Ogilvy & Mather.
Francesca Saraco has been hired as a digital content strategist. She was most recently a social content strategist at Grip, where she worked on the Stella Artois, RBC Insurance and Lindt accounts.
Terri Vegso has been appointed director of production management. She was most recently an integrated producer at Red Urban. Prior to that, she worked at The Production Kitchen, Lowe Roche and Samaco Trading.
Biko Franklin has joined the agency as a production specialist. He has worked as a director and editor for seven years.
