Cossette resigns BMO Financial Group account

Cossette has resigned the account of BMO Financial Group in advance of an upcoming agency review. Cossette has held the account for 13 years. In that time, the agency has performed services for BMO including strategic planning, advertising, sponsorship support, direct response and new product launches.
"We have had a great relationship with BMO and are extremely proud of the work we've done together," said Cossette CEO Brett Marchand. "However, the bank has decided to proceed with a full-scale review of its agency relationship and, after considerable internal discussion and analysis, we have decided not to participate in this review and are therefore resigning the business. We are proud and confident in the path and vision that we have helped establish for the BMO brand and wish the bank success in this agency review process and its future client/agency relationship."
