Harbinger adds three

Toronto-based Harbinger has appointed Laurie Hall to the positions of senior strategist and earned media specialist. She previously spent seven years operating her own firm, Flex PR. Sara Cook has joined the agency as director of program implementation. She was most recently an account director at Totem, which is a division of Transcontinental Interactive. Kavi Guppta has been hired as senior social media strategist. He was most recently a digital strategist at Environics Communications.
