BMO signs naming deal with LA Football Club

BMO Financial Group of Toronto has signed an agreement with the Los Angeles Football Club by which it will acquire the naming rights to the team’s stadium. During the multi-year agreement, the venue will be called BMO Stadium. BMO will also be the exclusive and official bank sponsor of the LAFC. The arena hosts games by soccer teams the Los Angeles Football Club and the Angel City Football Club. The location is also a concert and event venue. It has a capacity of 22,000.

“BMO is thrilled to forge this partnership with LAFC, which reinforces our bank's commitment to growing the game of soccer across North America,” said Cameron Fowler, chief strategy and operations officer at BMO. “Through BMO Stadium, we will share our passion for soccer and commitment to the Los Angeles community while bringing to life our purpose to boldly grow the good in business and life. We look forward to supporting LAFC and its fans this season and beyond.”
