FIVE AGENCIES BATTLING FOR ROM

Five Toronto agencies are vying for the $500,000 Royal Ontario Museum account. They are Stringer, Veroni, Ketchum, Ranscombe & Co., MacPhee Jesson, SMW Advertising and Bates Canada. A decision will be made by Sept. 16. The incumbent, Roche Macaulay & Partners Advertising of Toronto, had been ROM's agency for five years. The two mutually agreed to part ways in May. Since then, Ranscombe & Co. has worked on a project for ROM.
