New president and COO at Publicis Canada

Publicis Canada of Toronto has appointed Andrew Bruce president and chief operating officer. He will be responsible for all Publicis operations in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. Bruce was most recently president of the agency's Toronto office. Prior to that he was he was executive vice-president and chief operating officer of that office. He joined Publicis in 1999 as a founding partner. Duncan Bruce has been appointed managing partner, executive vice-president and creative director of Publicis Toronto. He was previously executive creative director.
